NingHang Group and Lizheng Tech Forge Exclusive Strategic Partnership on Low-Altitude Security

In mid-June, NingHang Jiye (Zhejiang) Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. signed an exclusive strategic partnership with Lizheng Tech. The two parties will collaborate on the R&D, production, and deployment of low-altitude security equipment, jointly building a product matrix covering the full "detect, identify, locate, control, neutralize" chain.

Attack & Defense, Safeguarding the Skies

As the low-altitude economy accelerates, low-altitude security challenges mount — from rogue-drone disruptions and privacy intrusions to major-event protection and critical-site defense. Industry data shows reported UAV violations nationwide grew over 60% year-on-year in 2025.

In this partnership, NingHang Jiye contributes its strengths in special-vehicle manufacturing and systems integration, while Lizheng Tech brings its industry-leading RF detection and counter-UAV technology. Together they will deliver:

  • Mobile command vehicles: integrating radar, electro-optical, and RF detection, monitoring a 5 km radius up to 3,000 m altitude per vehicle;
  • Counter-UAV vehicles: directional jamming and spoofing systems that force-land or repel target drones, with response times under 3 seconds;
  • Portable counter-devices: for infantry and patrol use, under 4 kg with an effective range of 2 km.

The low-altitude economy is not just about taking off — it's about keeping it controlled and secure. The NingHang–Lizheng alliance safeguards that baseline.

Three Synergies, Accelerated Deployment

The partners agreed to collaborate on three levels:

  • Joint R&D: a shared low-altitude security lab, pooling patents and test sites, with an initial team of 30+ engineers;
  • Deployment: priority service for major-event security, airport clearance, prison perimeters, oil & gas fields, and large parks;
  • Channel sharing: consolidated government and enterprise client networks, targeting 20 key cities within three years.

The first batch — including 2 mobile command vehicles and 5 counter-UAV vehicles — is expected to reach East China pilot customers in Q4 and will be tested in national-level major events.

"In the future, low-altitude security will be as standard as firefighting is today in urban infrastructure," said NingHang Jiye's director. "Together with Lizheng Tech, we aim to make China's low-altitude airspace truly safe, orderly, and controllable."
